To start off if your reading I want to thank you already because of the interest you have in my trip, and I count you as one of my supporters weather it be by financial support,or by pray. I want to thank and bless ever single of you guy.
So a few things I learned in the first week in Georgia is that,a week goes by very slow if you’re in Gods present all day, everyday.(it feels like three weeks). Never knew a Home Depot bucket would be a essential. Example are,:they are pretty handy for a ice cold bucket and doing laundry by hand. (not a fun thing to do). Porta-potties are not the best thing in life. (especially if have just three among 40 people). And roughing it and sleeping in a hammock all the time is not to bad
But on another note God is so good in how he has reviewed himself to me and my team(which is made up by 9 amazing guys on fire for God) thought his word, mediating in his word, and worship. I love living in the close brother community that we have, and just experiencing God new ,and restoring mercies every single day
one verse that popped out to me later is. Philippians 3:13-14. Brethren I count not myself to have apprehended; but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
please continue to pray for me that I could continue pressing toward the mark of the high calling and living every day for him
p.s. Congratulations you made it to the end. If you have any idea or questions you would like for me to blog in the future just shoot me a text
Jason, There is no higher calling than living every day for Jesus no matter our circumstances. This season in Gainesville is going to be a blessing!
