Dreaming with the Lord has been something i have been trying to do lately. Not because i hate the season I’m in now.(Gap I is literally the best in the game). But because, I’m finding out there is a difference between, trying to push doors over, and staying on the couch and waiting for the Lord come to you.
Honestly, i think there is an in between. I believe that the Lord has plans for us,and he wants us to parter with him.
“For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building.”

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

So instead of trying to force yourself into something, or just waiting for something to happen. What does it look like for us to walk around, make sure we are ready (our hearts align with his), and walk around looking for doors to knock on? Because if you don’t knock on doors, they probably won’t open.
““Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.”

And if you don’t have any big or crazy dream that you want to follow. Just do what the Lord commands everyone to do. To Love your neighbor as yourself,(Mat. 25;35-40)
In doing this you will becoming more and more like Christ, and as you draw close to him,he will draw closer to you.
“Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world.”

And the more time you spend with him, the more you start to become like him!
With all that being said, i have been asking the Lord a little bit about wha it looks like for me, after I’m done with leading this years Gap Year.
And i have been asking how i can use my passion and desire to see people walk in true Freedom, to have people’s relationship with the church to be restored, to have the church wake up and realize how important it is to speak the truth, and not speak about what just makes us feel good, to have parents who LOVE their kids, (not just like the idea of being married or having kids).
All of those together, i have started to create an idea of how i could travel the states and do what the Lord calls us to, GO MAKE DISCIPLES.
“Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.””

While doing that i could maybe stop and encourage the church, and the body of Christ.
And i have gotten a picture of a traveling bus!!! Somewhere, where i can sleep, and also have a work shop. Because while traveling, i would love to use the skills that God has given me in carpentry. So i would Love to use that skill to help and farther The Kingdom of Heaven!! Helping people in need, the elderly and all of the manual labor being free!! (Because it doesn’t cost us any money to be a part of The Kingdom)
