So once again the plans changed.

This time we got sent home. Because we had got exposed to, COVID. The leadership at AIM, (because of governments regulations, and the safety of all the squads), they decided it would be best if we all go home, and skip the last two weeks in Georgia.

So now I’m at home! Not really any idea what I’m supposed to do.

So here‘s the first challenge for you, when things don’t go like you planned, or go the way you thought they should go.   What do you do?

For me, I started to blame leadership, because the last two weeks in Georgia were going to be the last two with my aTLs. (Alumni Team Leaders) That was definitely the hardest thing to process. With me being the raised up team leader,(I learned this five days before we left) so I definitely viewed them differently, and started to look up to them a lot more.

Then it hit me.

Am I going to sit at home, complaining about something I have no control over? Or am I going to take this as a sign from God, to do what I feel like he’s calling me to do in this season of life.  Like being intentional with people at home, and putting to practice some of the traits I will need in the future. (as a raised up team leader)

So my challenge to you is, to live life with purpose.
Not your purpose, or your plans. But stay in step with the father, and live life purposely for his kingdom, not yours.

Romans 6:23.  For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord
